New import rules in Libano ::: Nuove regole di importazione in Libano
Libanese Customs Authority issued new regulations to import into their Country. Starting from now, all cargos arriving into Lebanon should follow the following requirements.
Le autorità doganali libanesi hanno emesso nuove regole per l'importazione delle merci nel paese. Di seguito i nuovi requisiti per l'emissione dei documenti commerciali e di trasporto.
Please be informed that Lebanese Customs have issued new regulations for
importing consignments
> Consignments arriving in to Lebanon should follow requirements
1) Original Printed Invoice
2) Detailed Goods Description (Vague description such as parts, samples
aren't accepted)
3) Harmonised Code should be mentioned in the invoice
> Penalties will be applied on the below cases - (all these will be charged
back to origin)
1) Un-manifested consignments
2) Incorrect goods descriptions
3) Incorrect declaration of weight, pieces and volume measurements
4) Incorrect invoice value (under value)
